The restaurant “The Good Heart” is one of the most famous Traditional places in Santorini for good Local Food and with a Great Tradition in the village of Akrotiri since most of the Products served on the Menu and the Wines consist of the Family’s Homemade Production on its own Farms and Vineyards.
From the Fields to the Table: Our Santorinian Family Story
It all began with the hard work of the Restaurant Family, cultivating their own fields and caring for their animals on personal farms, following the traditional Santorinian way of life.
The life of a farmer on the island is never easy, from early mornings caring for the animals to the careful preparation and proper storage of the wine.

Mrs. Anna and Mr. Michalis, owners of the restaurant, guided by strong family values and respect for the island’s local culture, successfully established a small family-owned business after many years of hard work, producing and selling their own traditional products and wines.
